[Chaos-l] April CHAOS meeting

I'm in CNCMC (as well as CHAOS). The word I have from CNCMC 
is that the talk begins at 6:30pm.

I know nothing about who made the arrangements for Dr 
Chapman speaking, or who is the authority on him talking at 
the changed time of 6:30pm. All I know is that on attempting 
to clarify the real starting time, I've received e-mails 
saying that the talk starts at 6:30pm. Since I'm the 
webmaster for CNCMC, I would have expected to hear about 
arrangements before they were announced, not afterwards. I'm 
sorry communication from CNCMC hasn't been very good here.

I hope the people from RAC have better information than is 
being offered to CHAOS.
