[Chaos-l] Observing This Weekend?

Anyone interested in observing this weekend?   Looking at the forecasts a couple of days out, it say rain will come Sunday, so I wonder if the clouds will start appearing Saturday night.   Friday might be better if that is the case ... plus it let's you get a good night's sleep before Easter sunrise service!

At this point I'm planning on heading up to Medoc Friday night.   Remember, the park gate stays open until 8 PM ... so you don't have to rush over there right after work.

And also remember that there is a statewide observing session a week from Friday (April 5th) that kicks off the NC Science Festival sponsored by the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center.   If you can, please consider helping by bringing out your telescope to one of the numerous observing parties.   And I would especially appreciate some help over at Medoc if you can come over there.   We plan to start with solar observing during the day ... and then morph into night observing with activities and sights for every age ...
