contact Martha Wheeler, eleanorigby at intrex.net or 9686627.
Sherpas Needed Visiting a new church can be a challenge, and the liturgy
of the Episcopal Church in general, and of the Advocate in particular, can
be downright confusing to a newcomer. It helps to have a guide who is
familiar with the territory and terrain to show the way -- A Sherpa. If you
are willing and able to serve as an occasional guide and host to newcomers
and visitors who come our way on Sunday afternoons, sitting next to them
during the liturgy and introducing them to others afterwards, please contact
Char Sullivan (cbsullivan at mindspring.com).
The blessing of God,
The eternal goodwill of God,
The shalom of God,
The wildness and the warmth of God,
Be among us and between us
Now and always. Amen.
