[ECOTA] time and place for worship survey

Dear People and Friends of the Advocate --

As the Church of the Advocate approaches it fourth anniversary this  
fall, it seems a good time to get a sense of how our time and place  
for worship is working -- both for those who attend regularly and for  
those who have been drawn to the Advocate but who have not chosen to  
worship with us on a regular basis.

As you are able, please take a few minutes to fill out the survey  
attached below. You can fill out the WORD rtf format and return it by  
email to me. Or you can print it out and return it by snail mail to  
ECOTA, PO Box 9, Carrboro, NC, 27510.

As we began to distribute the survey this past Sunday, we learned  
that some of the questions involve double negatives, and therefore  
require extra careful attention. Sorry about any confusion.
