Hello, noble board members.

I just spoke to Betsy and Maggie, our strategic planning retreat
facilitators, to update them on all the good work we did at our January
meeting.

They would like to meet with as many board members as possible to hear
about our expectations for the retreat.  This is a really important part
of the process.  The more information they have, the better the retreat
will be.  The plan is for us to come out of the retreat with all of the
pieces in place for our 2006 strategic plan.  It will be a way to really
tie together all the work that we are already doing, and provide a
roadmap for us to get to where we want to be!

The meeting will be at Durham City Hall, and we will have conference
call capabilities for non-Triangle board members to call in.  Hopefully
most board members in the Triangle will be able to make this one hour
meeting.  Please let me know which of the following dates/times you
could participate.  Please respond by this Friday, 2/10.
