[Eenc-board] Grant, goals, and email

Hi all, 

Please remember to use the eenc-board listserv for emails so that the
current board members will be included.

Thanks to those of you who have returned your 2006 goals and your
responses to the questions about the 2001 strategic plan.  They are due
today.  Please see the attached document and email me with your
responses if you have not already done so.

I heard from several of you by email and had phone conversations with
Bob, Lois, and Deb H about the possibility of applying for the NAAEE
grant.  Based on everyone's positive feedback, I will be pursuing this
in the next few days.  As per our guidelines for applying for grants,
I'll get everyone a draft asap and run it by the executive committee for
a second time after incorporating edits.   

Look forward to seeing/talking with many of you next Thursday (for our
retreat planning meeting) and a few of you this Friday (to discuss our
transition to once-a-year renewal).
