[Eenc-board] Checking in

We have our Dodge caravan that seats 6, but we will probably have the 
back stuffed, so may be able to get three passengers.

We could also rent the biobus if we have enough folks and gear. 

Since the Board meeting has been rescheduled it's a toss up of a 
Thursday evening departure or early Friday morning.

Will bikes be available at the site to rent?
