[Eenc-board] Annual report by email?

What do you guys think of sending an email to the membership asking if
folks would like to receive the annual report via email as an
attachment? I know we've tried that with the newsletter and not had
great results. But I'm willing to try for the annual report. Especially
since we put the PDF online for posterity.

 

We could say something like:

EENC strives for sustainability in printing publications by using 100%
post-consumer recycled paper and soy ink. However, we could become even
better stewards of our natural and monetary resources by sending out
more publications via email. If you would like to receive your annual
report as a PDF attachment, rather than in the mail, please email
info at eenc.org. Please also indicate if you would like to receive
quarterly newsletters via email.
