I was thinking the same thing....

How about something to do with "Change"
since Fort Caswell for a Civil War fort (change)
and we have issues with Global Climate (change)
and depending on how the water situation is going by then, people are
going to have to (change) to conserve
and as EEers we have to be ready for (change)

"Adapting to Change...  EE for a Sustainable Future"
"Shifting Islands...  EE through the sands of time"
"EE charts a course in a climate of change"


I'm sure someone eloquent will come up with something.  :)
