[Eenc-board] EENC Board mtg. Feb 16!

OK Everyone --

Not surprisingly, there is no day that is workable for everyone for our 
Board meeting, so we are going with Sat., Feb. 16, as that is the day 
that the most people are able to come.  For those who cannot be there, 
I'm really sorry, and let's work together one-on-one to get all the info 
to you.

We have lots to cover, so please brace yourself and plan for 10:00 - 
4:00.  I know it's a long working day on a Saturday, but we only meet 4 
times a year, so we have to go for it.   The day will include lunch and 
snacks, to keep us going.   If you need to arrive on Friday night, 
rather than leave super early on Sat., please let me know if you need 
assistance finding someplace to stay.  As much as possible, it would be 
great if we could organize home housing, rather than rack up hotel 
bills.  Maybe those who are coming from far away could come as far as 
the triangle area, where we have a number of board members.  You could 
stay overnight there, and then continue to Greensboro in the morning at 
a more reasonable time.

We will be meeting at the Kathleen Clay Edwards library in Greensboro.  
I'll send driving directions soon.  For now, please mark the date and 
start making your plans.
