[Eenc-board] Conference Committee

I like "Sand, Sea, and EENC" too. I think one of the best things about
our conference is the rejuvenation, inspiration, and collegiality
factor. If people are giving up their weekend for a conference, I think
it's more appealing when you know it will be fun and a bit of a
get-away, as well as educational. I think this theme conveys that.
