[Eenc-board] [Fwd: Want to come to Georgia's EE Conference for Free?]

I think we should definitely participate in this exchange.  The 
reciprocal free registrations will come under discussion of overall 
conference policies, which we need to formalize, but unless someone 
objects, I think Shelby should go ahead and register and we can approve 
it formally at our meeting.

If anyone has concerns about this, please do speak up.
