So we are signed up to have a table at the celebration in Raleigh on
April 19.
We discussed this at the last board meeting and I know I wasn't the only
one to agree to take this one.
I need at least one other person to share the day with me.

The attached files explain more about the event activities and
expectations: a green festival, meant to be interactive and educational.
We are committed to bringing information about EENC.

So....I'll need to locate our display and make sure it is well stocked
and ready to go.

Who is available to assist? Where is the display? Are there plenty of
brochures available?

When I have these pieces in place we can consider what else we might
want to do that day. In particular, I'd like to promote the conference.

Do we have Save the Date cards?

Is it appropriate to promote any of our individual projects? I'm
thinking particularly of a free MPSC program on April 21 (two days
after) as a part of the UNC Earth Week celebration - "Our Vanishing
Night" - about light pollution. I would just add a flyer to our table.
