What I remember is that PayPal would not let us take our money out. 
There was a limit - something like $500 a month - and it took a long 
time to straighten out the mess - like a couple of years.
I know Deb Hall and Laura Smith would know more about this, but maybe 
someone who is still on the board has a good memory of this.
