[Eenc-board] water bottles

At 5.38 each, we could get 300 for $1614.  That would be plenty to give 
out (or sell) to conference recipients, with some left over.  What if we 
got a sponsor to donate $1500 for them, and we put our logo on one side, 
and theirs on the other?

I like the bottles a lot!
