[Eenc-board] next meeting

I think the key to setting a meeting date is to set it farther in advance. Then we get it on the calendar, and it doesn't get bumped for other things that come up.
For example, I don't know what I've told you before, but the only one of those dates you mentioned that I can do now is May 23 (maybe), and I really, really prefer Saturdays. I don't think going into June would be a bad idea either--might help the teachers who are new to our Board. In fact, at this point, I think June is a great idea! In summer, the teachers might be able to do weekdays, too.
I think we need to hold the meeting on a date when all of the new people can attend, otherwise they will never really get into their jobs! That's my two cents....
