Dear Board members --

I'll get a summary of our Friday meeting out to everyone soon, since so 
many folks were absent.  In the meantime, I want to confirm with 
everyone our plans for the August 16, meeting at Ft. Caswell.

 From the input of those present, it was determined that fighting Friday 
afternoon beach traffic was not appealing, nor was hustling after the 
work week to leave town.  Those present preferred staying over Saturday 
night after the meeting, rather than Friday night before the meeting.  
Thus, we decided that the meeting will be from 11:00am-5:00pm.  This 
will give folks drive time on Sat. morning.  We will have lunch, and 
dinner for those who want to stay after 5:00.  So far Diane, Sandra, 
Abbie, Shelby, and Mickey Jo are planning to stay over Sat. night.

Given these new time details, please let me know BY THIS FRIDAY if you 
want to stay overnight either Friday night or Saturday night.  The five 
already signed up do not need to respond.  Everyone else, please respond 
with either:  Friday, Saturday, both, or neither.   Also, please say yes 
or no as to staying past 5:00 for dinner.
