I think we should definitely set up the Google Checkout account for 
fundraising.  Bianca is checking out a service for us to oursource our 
registration, and my hope is that conf. payments might go through that, 
so it's a one-stop shop for registrants.  But we still should have the 
online option for contributions - especially since we hope to pilot test 
our new fundraising program.  So I think we should set it up, and then 
if the online reg. service doesn't handle the payment, it will be ready 
to go, and it will just have to be a two-step process.
