We have a bit of a glitch--

Usually we have our annual business meeting during breakfast on the last 
day of conference.  We can not do this at Ft. Caswell unless we have the 
breakfast catered in one of our reserved rooms.  Food has been our 
carrot in the past.  What do you want to do?  I see this as the board's 
call-not mine.

We can have breakfast at the normal time--7:30-8:30 then the business 
meeting at another location from 8:30-9:30.  Or we can have the event 
catered and do it all in one spot from 7:30-9:30 or 8:00-9:30, depending 
on how much time you think you'll need.  It may cost us a bit more we 
have the event catered.  Breakfast is  $7/person at Ft. Caswell, a 
simple catered breakfast would be around $10 (not in the budget).  If we 
want it catered I need someone to organize it and find money for it.  I 
have already done a bit of research on local caterers and can lead 
someone to a couple good groups.  If no one steps up, it'll be the first 
option.  I'm fine with either.
