[Eenc-board] annual business meeting

I vote for somewhere else, either right after breakfast, or tacked onto 
the awards ceremony, or the keynote speaker, or something like that.  My 
first conference, the business meeting was after dinner, right before 
the keynote, followed by the Eco-Reception.  OR, could we stick around 
in the dining room a little later after dinner on Sat. night and have it 
during coffee and dessert?
