[Eenc-board] conference registration

Good morning,

As you already know, conference registration was to be up by July 15.  
Unfortunately Bianca Howard, Registration Chair, was not able to build 
the registration site on eTouches by this date.  She had gone through a 
demo with someone from eTouches to learn about the system.  Having her 
build it is saving us around $900.  Due to work conflicts, she was 
unable to get this up before leaving for vacation on the 19th.  She will 
not be back into town until July 29.  I wish the July 15 deadline was 
just internal but it was not.  As you know, it is advertised on the 
conference flier.  This looks bad for the organization, and for that I'm 
very sorry.  I am unable to go through the demo this week with our 
eTouches agent.  I would be delighted if anyone on the board is able to 
do so and is willing to plug in the necessary information on the site.  
Please call me if you are willing to volunteer.  Otherwise, I sincerely 
hope that everything will be up by the end of the month.
