Hi All:

I just checked the calendar. It seems that, in the snail mail days,  
the newsletter had to be mailed by December 1. So, we have some time  
following the conference to get the electronic version mailed out.

I know that we have some great photographers on the board -- like  
Shelby and Pat. So, if you two (and any other photographers) would  
put picture taking on your list of assignments at the conference, I'd  
really appreciate it.

And, if any of you have items to send to me in advance, I love having  
articles in the pipeline.

We talked briefly about putting together a simple conference issue of  
the newsletter, to promote our offerings. Amy's working on the  
session proposals. When she gets those finalized, we'll get this  
conference issue pasted together.

Thanks for your input on the webmaster. I'll get a rfp put together  
next week.


Whew, I think that's all. If I have some "to do" items for anyone,  
please feel free to remind me.
