[Eenc-board] URGENT: Help me figure out membership numbers

Shelby:

This is the member list from the last conference. I know that this  
has changed, but I'm thinking that this data will suffice for Duke  
Power. I've sorted the list by county. This should work, unless Abbie  
is able to get back with something more current before the end of the  
day.
