[Eenc-board] NCLI for North Carolina--EENC role

All this talk of the NCLI bill has got me chomping at the bit. I have
been working real hard this semester trying to narrow my dissertation
topic. I have been very interested in what training k-12 teachers need
to effectively use EE as a framework for integrating core curriculum and
what the impediments are to them doing it.
I see the NCLI bill as an opportunity to make a significant contribution
to the field of EE. If anyone has any insight or recommendations of the
direction of my research or resources that I might be able to tap into,
I would be highly appreciative.

Hi Lois --
WOW! First, great work on your part. 2) I cant' believe Lisa is being
so unilateral on this.
Short version - YES, I want to be involved in any meetings or conference
calls. Let's you and I talk by phone to discuss this more -- too much
to type right now. Can we talk next week? (I'm out of town for the
weekend, and I don't think I'll get very good cell reception where I'm
going).
You've done so much on this issue, we definitely need to keep EENC in
the forefront as acknowledged as the state leader on NCLI.
