Not sure how to get this to the ESIP e-journal list, but there is a 
conference at the National Acadamey of Sciences May 19-20 on "Electronic

Scientific, Technical, and Medical Journal Publishing and Its 
Implications" that may be of interest to the group.

and it looks like they will be doing a live audio webcast for those that
