Folks,

I just wanted to remind everyone that the Lonesome Sisters will be performing tommorow at the Durham Friends Meeting House.

Here are the details:

Lonesome Sisters
April 16, 2005 - 8 PM - Durham Friends Meeting Building <directions.html>
Admission: $10 (reserve) $12 (at the door)
The Lonesome Sisters, Sarah Hawker (vocals and guitar) and Debra Clifford (vocals, guitar and mandolin) are from a deep part of the country that's hard to find these days. High lonesome harmonies, heartache and tragedy abound as well as true compassion and humor. This is the music of the mountains and the plains, an early country family style with some old time and new mountain elements. Think Carter Family, Davis Sisters, Patsy Montana! Yes, Sarah is related to famed balladeer, Ginny Hawker!
The building is located at 404 Alexander Avenue, Durham (Near the Ronald McDonald House, between Erwin Road and Campus Drive, take Rt. 147 Swift Avenue, East Campus Exit)
To reserve call: (919) 403-2013 OR email folk at trianglefolk.org.

This and all TFMS events are non-smoking.
