Triangle Folk Music Society presents The Pratie Heads in concert on St. Patrick's Day.
 
Jane Peppler and Bob Vasile, as the Pratie Heads, sing and play the songs and dance tunes of Ireland, Scotland, England and early America.  Enjoy their harmony vocals on ballads and songs (including dreamy lullabies); beautiful airs, strathspeys, jigs, reels, hornpipes, waltzes and music of indescribable tempo on guitar, bousouki, concertina, violin, viola, and piano (but not all at the same time!).

As the Pratie Heads, Jane and Bob toured through the 1980s.  The group made four recordings - the last, "Heritage," was funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.  Their St. Patrick's Day performance for the Smithsonian Institution was broadcast over Voice of American in countries including Greece and Albania.  Come and celebrate St. Patrick's Day with the Pratie Heads!
