Triangle Folk Music Society presents Village Harmony in concert on April 14th.
 
Village Harmony, Vermont's world-acclaimed ensemble of talented teens, performs music to touch the heart and soul from village singing traditions across the world --- village music from Bulgaria and Caucasus Georgia, traditional songs and dances from South Africa, new and traditional American shape-note songs and Easter hymns and motets.

In past years Village Harmony has performed on Garrison Keillor's Prairie Home Companion and at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC. Each year their spring tour takes them somewhere new: to England, to Russia, to the mid-west states, up and down the East Coast, or to Georgia and Alabama, where without fail they are received as one of the most exciting young singing groups of our time.
