[Greenway-board] TGC - Finance and Membership meeting

An Option --- something I have seen work effectively in other
organizations is: reduced price gift memberships being available to
Board members only. This sets a minimum rate for gift memberships
purchased by Board members, thereby creating a win-win situation. (1)
The Board creates an incentive for its members to donate. (2) The Board
member leverages their donation. (3) New members are added to the
organization. (4) The organization is motivated to retain the new
members. (5) Some of the new members get actively involved. (6) Some of
the new members seek leadership positions. Etc. /// The Board member
might give memberships as: (a) a way to recruit someone they know who is
a latent "greenway person", (b) a birthday, holiday, etc. gift, and/or
(c) an anonymous trolling effort to get visibility for TGC and possibly
land a big fish. This can be discussed further if there is any interest.
