[Greenway-board] Links to info groups and boards of possible interest

Hi Folks,

Here are a few links to a group and a message board concerning trails 
and greenways. Feel free to join or not join as you see fit. Sometimes 
there can be some interesting stuff on these boards.

The railtrail board is brand new, so you'll be among the first 50 or so 
to join it.
