[Greenway-board] TGC May Meeting Agenda

Hi TGC Team,

Attached and copied below is the agenda for the TGC meeting on Monday night.

Please email me with any additions or corrections as soon as you can.

Admittedly, I couldn't remember what our Bylaws Change was for, but I've 
got it in the agenda. I thought it was to adopt the conflict of interest 
policy, but I wasn't certain. Could one of you please refresh my 
memory?! :-)

Also, we did hear back from Darrell McBane at NC State Parks that our 
application for our 2006 Adopt-A-Trail grant in the amount of $4,942 has 
been approved. Yipee! When funding for this program has been approved by 
the General Assembly, we'll get final approval.

Thanks for everyone's help in this. We'll need a lot more help and work 
on this as we persue this grant.
