[Greenway-board] Meeting about potential Quarry Trail

Hi TGC Team,

Dorothy Leapley with the Raleigh City Attorney's office just called me 
and wanted to schedule a meeting with our Board concerning updates in 
the Quarry trail on Duraleigh Road.

I suggested that she and Mr. Reeves, who represents the quarry owners, 
come to our June or July meeting. She had commitments for both of those 
two dates. Since I would like to find out about this as soon as 
practical, I asked her for a date. She suggested July 14. Though I've 
got a presentation in Fayetteville that afternoon, I should be able make 
it.

I asked her if she would have any concern about meeting in a home, as 
this may be the easiest thing to arrange. She agreed.

Larkin, could we meet at your home on July 14? If so, what time would be 
best for you?

If this doesn't work for you, can anyone else suggest or offer another 
meeting place in this time frame. Again, we don't have to do this until 
August if needed. However, I'd sure like to find out about this, and how 
we might be of assistance, as soon as we can.

Please get back with the group on this when you can.

BTW, Ms. Leapley told me to tell William and Larkin she said hello.
