Hi TRTC and TGC Teams,

Here is a link to an article in this morning's, July 5, 2005, Durham 
Herald-Sun about the Norfolk Southern taking the Timberlake Trail 
corridor off the market.

FYI, TRTC or TGC did not report to the press or in our material the 
asking price for this corridor. We knew this was up in the air. We never 
report to anyone publicly about prices of land negotiations because of 
the kind of concerns mentioned in the article.
