Bill:

I have to attend the Cary Planning and Zoning Board meeting this evening,
thus, regretfully,  I'll be unable to attend the TGC Board Meeting.

I can report that a request has been made to the Carolina Tarwheels Bicycle
Club to donate $1,000 to TGC's Wendy Olson Memorial Fund for the
Hillsborough Riverwalk.  I expect the CTWBC to approve the request.

This donation will be the basis of our previously-discussed media release
about the memorial fund.

Attached and copied below find the very late Agenda for tonight's meeting.
Sorry it is running late. I'm volunteering in a nonprofit golf tournament
this morning and afternoon so I will not be able to check emails until the
