[Greenway-board] Treasurer's report

Unfortunately I will not be able to come to the meeting Monday. Attached FYI is the Treasurer's report.
 I contacted Wendy Howard of the Conservation Trust of North Carolina --- they did our taxes last year and will do them again this year.  Attached is a draft memorandum of agreement that she sent me for the Board to approve Monday. 
I got a safe deposit box at the BB&T branch on Creedmoor Rd. You may want to discuss what you what to put in it.
I have not moved our BB&T funds to Smith Barney yet -- awaiting the recent flurry of land trust activity to die down.
