Hi Friends and Volunteers of the American Tobacco Trail,

Here is an announcement for a Drop-In Information meeting on the 
American Tobacco Trail I-40 Bridge and Trail in southern Durham coming 
up next Wednesday, September 17, 2008, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Durham City 
Hall, 1st Floor Council Chambers in Downtown Durham.

There will be a Drop-In Information Meeting on Wednesday, September
17, 2008 from 5 -- 7 pm,  1st Floor Council Chambers, 101 City Hall
Plaza, Durham, NC.  Here is the meeting announcement letter, schedule
update, and summary of public involvement and staff recommendation.

City of Durham staff are recommending the Low Profile Arch design over 
the Cable Stayed Design. Please read the letter for more details.

The City Council will ultimately make the decision on which design to go
