[Hpsd-rennet] Need a specialty repair person

A little over a year ago, we worked with a wonderful contractor, Dwayne 
Fails, on our foundation problem of rotating piers and dry rot on the sill 
beam.  He was very reasonable in terms of price and very competent.  He was 
recommended to me by Brackett Construction as THE expert in crawlspace work 
(they subcontract to him all the time).  And, we cannot say anything but 
positive things about working with him and his crew!!!
