[Hpsd-rennet] Advice on insulating an old house

 I am sure that folks are dealing with this on the alias so I was
wondering if anyone had advice for me as regards improving insulation on
an old house. I already know that I need to replace the insulation under
the house and inspection in the attic showed that there was little to
none in the attic as well.  As far as I know, there is no insulation in
the walls. Is that even advisable. We currently have storm windows but
my windows have tremendous drafts.  Also, are there any people or
businesses that do this type of work regularly?
