Dear ExCom,
 
It is a moment of pride for our Section. I have received a letter signed 
by 2003 IEEE-USA President James V. Leonard and Awards & Recognition 
Chair Arther Van Gelder, informing that IEEE-USA Board of Directors has 
selected Charles Lord as a 2003 recipient of the Award for Citation of 
Honor.
 
No doubt, Charles is the most deserving person for this award. With all 
the volunteering that he does from Region to Section and of late the 
newsletter too, Charles has truly proved to be a role-model for each one 
of us to follow.
 
Please join me in congratulating Charles on this great occasion. The 
Award shall be presented to him at Atlanta on March 20, 2004 at IEEE-USA 
Awards Banquet.
