[IEEE-bhpjobs] update on training initiative

The dates for the training have to be moved.  The volunteers from 
Greenwood CVR
and ManpowerNC have not had enough time to create training materials, 
due to their
duties at their jobs (they should hire some of us to help them!).

Stay tuned for a definite date, but the class series will probably start 
May 24th.
I apologize for the late notice about the delayed start.

I plan to hold a meeting on April 26th to describe the training and the 
state of the planning.
Location is TBD (will meet someplace free).
