The Industrial Extension Service of NCSU is teaching a class about ISO 
13485:2003 - the Medical Devices Quality Management Systems standard. 
This 1-day course is the cheapest one that I've seen (outside of a 
tutorial held in conjunction with an ASQ conference). Includes 
explanation of the risk management (ISO 14971) requirements
