Monthly Meeting

Program:   Building High Performance Project Teams

This will be a highly interactive session involving self assessments, 
case studies and group discussion which will increase awareness of the 
impact of team interactions on project team performance

Presenter:  Carroll S. Whitney

Carroll Whitney is co-founder of Whitney & Ridout, Inc which provides a 
range of people and organization development services for companies 
experiencing fast growth, major change, or specific development issues. 
  Carroll has had extensive experience working with cross-functional 
groups at all levels to increase their effectiveness.

>From 1997 to early 2005, Carroll worked in senior Human Resources leadership roles within GlaxoSmithKline. From 1978 – 1998, she built a global consulting practice in leadership effectiveness and organizational development.  

Carroll holds an Ed.D. in Occupational Education – with an emphasis on 
leadership and management – from North Carolina State University, 1979.
