This is a reminder that the December meeting of the Informatics Cluster 
Network will be held on December 14th from 8-9:30AM at NC State's new 
Friday Institute.  Information on the Institute can be found at:

This meeting will showcase the Friday Institute and some of the relevant 
technologies.  Speakers will include:



Dr. Hiller Spires - Director, The Friday Institute: Dr. Spires, who has 
been on the NC State faculty since 1986, is a Professor of Literacy and 
Technology in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction.  Since 2002, 
Dr. Spires has served as the director of The William and Ida Friday 
Institute for Educational Innovation.  The Friday Institute is utilizing 
the latest technology to support the advance of education through 
innovation in teaching, learning, and leadership.
