** Important Reminder – RTI Needs your Help with RTRP Cluster Leadership
Networks Survey **

Dear Colleagues:

A week ago, you should have received information and instructions for
completing an online survey for the RTRP Cluster Leadership Networks.  If
you have already completed the survey, thank you for your participation.

*For those of you that have not yet completed the survey, this is a reminder
that we need your participation and would like you to complete the survey no
later than 5:00 pm December 23.  The survey is very short and should take no
longer than 15 minutes to complete.*  The survey is focused on improving
participation and outcomes in the Networks for Cluster Members.  The results
will help us evaluate the Network's progress and improve our services.  We
are asking you to complete the survey regardless of whether you have been
able to attend a Cluster Leadership Network event or meeting.

To access the survey:

2.  Login using the information provided to you previously via email
