Hello everyone,

please find attached a flyer for the upcoming BioMeet RTP 2006, which will take
place in the NC Biotech Institute in RTP from 9-5, all day Apr 13.

The event is organised by the student council of the International Society for
Computational Biology, as part of a series of regional meetings that aims to
give students/postdocs a broader perspective on opportunities in their area.
The purpose of this event is to bring the members of universities and industry
together for network and scientific discovery. Focus of the meeting is on
Bioinformatics/Genomics/Computational Biology. David Searls, Sr Vice President,
Worldwide Bioinformatics at GSK will give a keynote.

Attendance is FREE.

Students are more than encouraged to submit abstracts for short presentations
and/or posters -- in fact, apart from a few invited presentations, all talks
will be given by students/postdocs from the Triangle universities. Please
spread the word -- we hope to make this meeting a success and turn it into a
regular event!
