*Peyton Anderson*
Peyton is a successful entrepreneur who co-founded SciQuest, Inc. in 1995 as
its founding CEO. SciQuest raised over $175 million in capital, including a
successful Initial Public Offering in 1999. His responsibilities included
raising capital, recruiting the management team, doing strategic partner
deals, and orchestrating 8 acquisitions.

Peyton began advising Affinergy in June 2003 in the formulation of its
strategy and business plan and joined as CEO on a full time basis in
September 2003. Since joining Affinergy, Peyton has secured $5m in investor
funding, recruited a Board of Directors, and negotiated Affinergy's first
major partnership agreement with Boston Scientific. Affinergy is now
positioned as a platform technology in the rapidly growing market for
combination products with opportunities to partner with medical device
companies across several large markets as well as developing its own
proprietary products.

Peyton is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial conferences and MBA classes.
He is on the executive committee of the Board of Directors for the Council
for Entrepreneurial Development. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the U. of
Richmond in 1989 and earned his MBA from UNC's Kenan Flagler Business School
in 1995.*

*Dan Pelak*
Dan has a long history as a senior executive in the medical device industry,
compiling a successful track record in growing young companies and corporate
operating divisions. Before joining IRM, he was the chief executive officer
of Closure Medical Corporation, a global leader in the development and
manufacture of biomaterial-based medical adhesives, until its acquisition by
Johnson & Johnson in 2005. He began his industry career at Medtronic, Inc.,
where he spent more than two decades. His executive assignments there
included vice president of cardiovascular marketing, as well as vice
president and general manager of three operating divisions: Nortech, Cardiac
Surgery Technology, and Perfusion Systems.



*Gloria Beyer, PhD*
Dr. Gloria Beyer has an extensive clinical and commercial background in
medical physics. Most recently Dr. Beyer was employed as a Physicist and
Education Specialist by Varian Medical Systems responsible for developing
and implementing clinical training programs for stereotactic radiosurgery
and IMRT products. She provided world wide technical sales and marketing
support in addition to providing on-site training courses for physicians and
physicists in the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Dr. Beyer has
maintained her clinical accreditation working in various radiation oncology
clinics, originally as an employee and later as a consultant through her own
company. Dr. Beyer received her Ph.D. in engineering sciences with an
emphasis on medical imaging through Moffitt Cancer Center at the University
of South Florida. She also holds advanced degrees in Medical Health Physics
( University of Florida in Gainesville) and in Solid State Physics ( Florida
State University). Dr. Beyer is a nationally published author in the area of
medical imaging and lectures frequently on this and related topics. She is
fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian and speaks conversational French.
