Hello NCRAF members,

NCRAF regular monthly meetings resume next week!  Next Thursday, Sept. 
21, Dr. Eric Harris of Cato Research will speak on the “animal 
surrogate” rule – how to obtain FDA approval for a new drug or 
biological product based on animal research alone, when human efficacy 
studies are not ethical or not feasible.  Refreshments will be provided!
