At the June 18th Biotech Forum, a panel of life science experts will
address the latest trends in exit strategies. Focusing on mergers,
acquisitions and buyouts, these industry veterans will relay their
experiences working on successful exits.
Featured speakers include:
Moderator: Michael Hanewich, Senior Relationship Manager, Silicon Valley Bank
Jeffrey T. Barnes, General Partner, Oxford Bioscience Partners
Gregg Davis, Director, Worldwide Business Development, GlaxoSmithKline
Arthur Klausner, Partner, Pappas Ventures
Matthew Megaro, President and Chief Executive Officer, QSR Holdings
Prior to the panel discussion, early-stage entrepreneurs are invited
to attend an interactive pre-forum session at 4:30 p.m. with serial
entrepreneur Matt Megaro (co-founder of Quill Medical). Matt will
discuss his exit experience with several public and private offerings
including two IPOs and completion of numerous collaboration,
licensing, and product acquisition transactions.
After the panel discussion, all attendees are invited to join fellow
life science professionals for a unique networking session, loosely
based on the "speed dating" model, which promises to help you make
many new contacts quickly and identify new business opportunities.
Look for further details and a sign up sheet upon arrival.
The June Biotech Forum is sponsored by Daniels, Daniels & Verdonik,
