The report, sponsored by the Biotechnology Center with support from the North Carolina Biosciences Organization and its NCMD membership forum, includes an in-depth analysis of North Carolina medical device and other advanced medical technologies assets, related national and international trends, and specific recommendations for growing the sector in the state.

Norris Tolson, President and CEO of the NC Biotechnology Center, will provide opening remarks. Teri Louden, President of The Louden Network and author of the study, will review the report?s findings and recommendations for program participants. Louden will be introduced by NCBC Senior Vice President, Ken Tindall. Louden?s presentation will be followed by a question and answer session featuring Louden, Tindall and NCBIO President Sam Taylor.
