INFORMATICS Cluster Network Meeting

Dec 12, 2007

Location: RDU Authority Bldg

Room 100 A & B

RDU Airport

8:00am - 9:30am

This informatics Cluster meeting will offer a presentation and
discussion by John Crites titled:

Developing a Champion Technology Team

This is one of John's favorite topics. The capability of any IT
organization is going to be as good as its collective skill, game plan
and team spirit (leadership/motivation). How do IT managers develop a
champion IT team to perform like the New England Patriots? This
process is a good topic for group discussion.

Mr. Crites' focus has been on IT and has a proven track record of
helping companies optimize and advance IT infrastructure, business
systems and related processes. Experience includes the development of
long-term business goals, related strategies, IT Governance,
implementation and ongoing quality management with companies such as
MCNC (President & CEO) and RTI (CIO). Accomplishments encompass ERP
systems, converged network services /VoIP, data center development and
customer support services at domestic and international locations.
